Second consecutive update PBEC beat DBEC in terms of number of approvals.. I am glad to see that.. hope all cases will be cleared in given time period.

Talk about numerous NON-RIR cases with old PDs....no news for them yet.

I have also moved quite a few times since my labor was filed. (Offcourse, how do they expect us to live at the same address for so many years)

Does anyone know here, is that ok or do we need to do something?

I have my lawyer call the 202# today. My case has been assigned to an analyst since 6/16/2006. It will typically take 3-9 months to have any results.

Did you get your letter in response to an email to becnocontact? Did you take any other steps? I am also waiting for my 45 day letter, and still continue to wait.

My 2nd LC just got approved!!!

Good luck to everyone. LABOR CERTIFICATIONS are valid indefinitely. I have two of them. Whooooppeeeee!!!

I asked my HR manager to call the 202# yesterday. They said my case was approved last week and I should receive the "documents" this week or this coming week.

I got my letter on the mail last Friday.

wife got certified

my wife is in the DBEC tracker as kothrud123-wife. She got the certified letter today.

If you are looking for a strong and a very professional company to join and to file your Green card through Perm, let me know. Generally labour and I140 gets cleared in couple of months. 180 already approved in a very short duration.
