My attorney finally got an email from DBEC stating that my 45-Day Letter was mailed on 14th July, 2006. He still has not received the letter but DBEC provided the case number in the email. Please see my signature.
 
Finally after 3.5 years

After 3.5 years of wait my atorney informed me that my labor has been approved. Thanks to MDwatch and everybody who had put in so much effort in maintaining the tracker. Good luck to all.

Hi to All

After waiting almost 3 years for LC my company decided to apply through PERM. Process started 3 monts ago. Once we complete paperwork and submit online application, they certified in 4 days. This was very surprising. I had very mixed emotions. Shoud I be happy because I finally got certification or should I be frusturated because I waited 3 years for something that can be done in 4 days.

I am not sure if they dropped my previous application

By the way my 2 friends got their labor certification from Dallas BEC. I don't have detailed information, but their PD is around March 2004.

I hope everybody get their approval soon.

PBEC slowness.

My HR called up DOL in DC today and they told, that my case was assigned to Analyst in early Jan, 2006. No news till now, its been more than 7 months. I asked my laywer to send a follow up letter to PBEC.

Anyone, having any idea, what else I can do?

(PBEC does not suck. If it sucks, it would have been a huge improvement.)

Just got news from Attorney that they replied back my 45 day letter.
So far I do not have PD or RD or even case #, Is there any way to get this info directly from Dallas BEC?

How long will be the next wait for Labor Certification? :)

this should be good news and hope for others: :)

my case was filed july 2002 together with 5 or 6 others from our company. everybody got their 45 day letter late last year except me.

the 1st week of june 2006, I asked our lawyer to follow up on my 45 day letter. Finally I got my 45 day letter June 14, 2006.

the best news is I got my labor cert approved June 29, 2006 :D
