So basically RIRs are getting done first and NON-RIRs even if they have been in the queue for 3+ years will have to wait till RIRs done?

My case is also from MI with PD 12/8/04. I and my attorney requested for the screen shot 10 days ago, but no response from Dallas BEC. I have to file 7th year H1 extension and I need the pending labor proof screen shot. Is there some number to contact DBEC to get some info on this front? I tried 202 number and no luck

I noticed that PBEC has picked up pace. More approvals than DBEC.

I think the case number for 2manzi in the tracker is incorrect. How can WI have a case number of P-05211-61XXX? WI is under Dallas so the case number should be starting with a D
