BEC Priority Date Tracker

PBEC forgot about NY

Hi,
I am checking this thread everyday and I have noticed there is a hradly any approval fro NY state. I think PBEC does not care about NY or something happened to NY applications.. every other state's people are getting approval. dont know when we Newyorkers will get our cahnce. GOD Help US.

I feel the same way about MD cases and there are probably ppl from other 22 states who also feel the same way

just fyi, my case is EB2 (its listed as EB3 in the tracker) not that it matters :)

You could ask your attorney for a copy of your 45 day letter. The ETA case number is on that letter. I will add you in the next update :)
