BEC Priority Date Tracker

Great work MDWatch and others...
Adding info of one of my friends.

45 day letter: pending

I am curious about one thing.. From the 1600+ cases in this tracker hasn't there been a single instance where the company decided to move the case from BEC to PERM. I have a friend whose company did so for all who whose cases were in BEC. I am wondering if this is rare or is it that people working in such considerate companies dont have to worry about trackers.

Tracker update...

I had requested earlier to add me to the tracker but I guess I will try again. This time I have good news to report - I GOT MY 45D LOVE LETTER :D
My details:
PD: July 2004
RD: Didn’t even make it that far :(
EB2/RIR :D
State: MD
45DL Dated: 03/20/2006
45DL Received: 03/28/2006
45DL Replied: 04/05/2006
CaseNo: T-05167-6XXXX

Some people have done it, some where approved and some other just filed new apps to keep the old one at the backlog ... just in case :)

THERE IS NO CONEECTION BETWEEN 45DL AND "D", "P'', "T" NUMBER

THERE IS NO CONEECTION BETWEEN 45DL AND "D", "P'', "T" NUMBER

I HAVE "D" NUMBER SINCE LAST AUGUST
BUT NO 45DL

THANKS

I will correct the entry in the tracker. I would also suggest that you correct your ETA# in your signature. If you have not received the 45DL then it should start with a "T". If you got your number from a screenshot then I suggest you contact your attorney to check with DBEC if they have sent the 45DL.

Look I do not want to tie down this thread with this discussion. Ask the connection between the T, P, D and 45DL in the Philadelphia thread.

Thanks

To everyone who has requested that the tracker be corrected because their case appears as 45DL received and they have not yet received it.

If your ETA case # has a "P" and it has been like this for more than a couple months, contact your lawyer. They might have received it a way back and never informed you. If they haven't received it they should contact the BEC.

Thanks for your help in maintaining the tracker. :)

Saknia if you don't mind, can you post an explanation of the rules about the 45DL and the relationship with ETA case #. Thanks a lot for enlightning us ;)

lesson learned?

After BECs started, people with earlier PDs were so happy and never thought of a fight. Now, some people with PDs of 2001 are still waiting......

In recent months, people with PDs of 2002 were so happy and did not want to fight. Now, many people with PDs of July and August 2002 are still waiting when offically September 2002 cases are seeing approvals......

Lesson learned, anyone?

Selfish selfish selfish.....continue being selfish.....
