BEC Priority Date Tracker

2002 ?

Good to know that we are getting NY approvals and the rate of approvals seem to be going up day by day.

but what is stopping them from working on 2001 first ? seems like they are following FIFO on cases they have received the reply for 45day letters. any other thoughts ?

Yes, I-140 could be filed as soon as the Labor is approved. But, I-485 can be submitted only if your priority date(Date which your Labor was filed in your case) is less than the cutoff date. Check the following site for current cutoff dates.

Once you have your I-140, you could keep on extending your H1 for 3-years at a time.

My guess is Phily backlog follows FIFO logic... with some additional criteria
such as RIR/Regular, EB2/EB3, By state and Transfered to Regional, 45 days letter responded... and who knows what else they look for?

Finally I received my approvel today. I just received letter from my HR. The approvel date is 29th March.

I have been reading the posts on this forum for a long time and finally decided to add my details to the tracker.

My Case Details are:
Priority Date: October 21, 2001
State: Michigan (never reached Regional)
Non-RIR (Regular)
No 45-Day letter

I am on my sixth year of H1B and requested a screen shot five days ago and still have not received any response. Does anyone have any idea on how long they typically take to respond to this?

My HR Dept says talk to the Lawyer directly and the Lawyer says he has not received the 45-Day letter yet and he can not conduct an enquiry on individual applications with the BEC. I know that my application was sent to the Dallas BEC but beyond that I have no info.

Anyone knows what is expected from the Dallas BEC and how I can get a ETA Case number?
 
Did BEC reply when they got 45 days letter?

my attorney said he didn't get any confirmation after mailing out 45 days letter. what about you?

My labor (RIR) has finally been approved. I spoke to my lawyer today and was told that the approval came in today's mail. I still have a TR application from 2001 still languishing in the humid cellars of dBEC. My details:
