Backlog eliminated by Sept 07 - Doable task? go figure!

From the latest tracker(3/12/06) it looks like we have 1491 records with a 33% approval rate in the time period 3/1/05 - 3/1/06.

let's extrapolate some:
With 300k cases and 33% approved leave BECs with 200K cases to be processed.
Mar 05 - Mar 06: 33% cases processed
Mar 06 - Mar 08: 100% cases processed

Analyze this:
Till Date - Data entry / 45 DL generation could have taken a large chunk of time the last 12 months
Next 2 yrs - Non-RIR cases will eat up considerable resources in recruitment instructions processing

ladies and gentelmen..i'm so happy to tell u after long 6 Years of waiting i got LC. Approved today. i will move to the I-140 line now, and i hope i do not wait for long time cause i'm getting old and tired. thanks every body and hold one i did not for 6 years

My Labor was approved on 1st March. My attorney informed me today.As my date is current looking forward to apply for next stage. Thanks for everyone's support and help. May everyones dream come true in next few months and no one needs to wait for 18 months.

Just got an email from the lawyer today (Mar. 15 2006). Me and my coworker were filing the same time and approved the same time.

Cases transferred to PBEC from Satelite centers (Boston ,Newyork, SF)

Does any know whats going on with the remaining cases that were transferred from Satellite centers to Philadelphia BEC?

Boston DOL was one such satellite center that was supposed to be processing LC cases till the end of 2005, but they transferred all the remianing cases to PBEC in september 2005.

Anybody here with cases that were transferred from Boston DOL to PBEC, please post your case details if you dont mind.

I was among those unlucky who got transferred out of Boston at the end of Aug, 2005 (although they were assuring everyone that once case made it to the Boston DOL, it's going to be processed there...).
Here are my details again:
Connecticut

PD: Jun 4, 2003
Transferred to Boston on Jan 11, 2005
Entered to Boston database on Mar 4, 2005
Transferred to Philadelphia BEC on Aug 29, 2005
Requested confirmation for 7th year extension on Sep 23, recieved reply in 2 hours (BEC case ID: T-05241-XXXXX, Status: Incomplete)
45-day letter received by lawyer on Mar 6, 2006 and faxed back on Mar 7. BEC case ID: P-05241-XXXXX (same as above, but T replaced with P).

WAITING...
 
45 day letter nightmare

Hello everyone,
I have not received my 45day letter yet,I contacted my lawyer and after about a month got the reply saying "Everyone will get their 45day letter by July 2006"
