BEC Priority Date Tracker

I am new to this thread and got a question: When people in this tracker say 'info is in tracker' or 'update your info in the tracker', what does it mean? Is there really an Excel or other worksheet that list all the LC info on it? Thanks for clarifying!

Birth Certificate

The Birth Certificate needs to be in English and must have full names of you and both your parents. Again not needed for LC. Sometimes the birth certificate is there but it doesnt have the child's name on it - The Notarized affidavit from parents comes into play here. If you really need the format, let me know and i'll type it in.

Got a letter today from BEC dallas, got my L/C.

No 45 day letter sent just came in the mail March 1st.
To all who are out there waiting, dont give up there is hope, now onto the next backlog.
Thanks for the tracker it gave hope when no hope was there.
Maybe the INS should try living the lives we do day in day out maybe they would understand what hell we go through each day.

When did you received your 45 days letter? BY prority date is Aug 04. I still have not received any 45 days letter. you give me hope that my LC might be approved soon.

Any clues??

I have been following 45 day letter trend since the beginning and know they have been random in nature at best. I always thought that had more to do with which state's boxes they open the first. But, here is what I have come across recently which doesn't seem to make sense.

In my company, I know few people who filed their cases in exact same category as mine from same state between august 2003 and october 2003. They all have received their 45 day letters last month. My case hasn't yet. I asked for new screen shot from PBEC and it still shows T number (probably means they haven't even entered the case yet.)

How does that happen. Same state, same category....any clues???

45 Day Letter : Recieved on March 10, 2006. Replied same day.

Any comments on when I can expect something to happen to my case? I haven't done any recruitment efforts on the case yet.
