Please update my entry. (vpb). Employer received letter from Dallas BPC on 08/15/05 that the case has been transfered from Enterject to BPC. (Regular LC, Texas SWA)

I dont think it is a 45 day letter. But I guess just an intimation of the transfer. Hope the assessment notice received in Dec 2004 is construed as Employer's intention to continue the case in lieu of the 45 day letter in cases like mine.
