I received the actual letter two days later after I got the screen shot.

Could anyone of you please explain to me how it possible to have different data for the same alien? I am more worried about the second response as it says that the case is closed. I checked with my attorney and as per her the status is still active

This whole backlog elimination center is confusion center now to me. :mad:

For now, I am not worried about LC certification (though I wish I could find out if my application has been received at all??!!).
What worries me most is under the assumption that we have uncleared 340K LCs and another big number of cleared LCs already in the I 485 leg, how long will retrogression take to even move from 2001 (where it will most likely be after October 05) for EB3.

Here is a suggestion: To gauge the %s of how many of us are EB2 and EB3 and are 'Indian', 'Chinese', 'Phillipino', 'Mexican' or 'Other', let's us also provide this info. This will be really helpful for all of us to see where we will actually stand with priority dates in the future.

I start with - EB3, 'Other' (Russian)

The company that I work for sent an iquiry email to H1B7YR for 10 employees which includes me as well.
