It's a good question. My attorney was informed that the case was transfered to the Philly DOL on 02/10/2005. The PBEC Case Information says that the source is Region, but Received Date is 08/31/2004. The supervised recruitment was in 09/2004, so they probably got the original info from the SWA, but by the time they started the partial data entry, it was already a regional case.

Actually from what I observed so far , I think since the PD queue is not yet established(May be now it is !!!!) the bec is adjudicating cases that have been sitting in the regional offices for a while, irrespective of PD. So I think it is our RD is what screwing things up(My Rd is jan 04) so depending on the RD the duration of case status RIR could vary considerably. I am just assuming
(JW What do you think about that ??)

Now, I really don't think PD or RD related to when to get approval much.
Bec probably just grab whatever files in the boxes which is close to the table.
So lets pray our files are in the boxes which are very close to their tables.

For Philly:

too few RIR cases have been approved to understand a trend - even if that trend points to random approvals.

In RIR they have approved both Regional cases as well as at least one documented SWA case.

for Regular they have gone by PD however they have skipped cases so I am not sure why.

I think September will bring enough approvals to be able to determine Philly's strategy.

For Dallas:

Dallas BPC is clearly adjudicating RIR cases that went to Regional by PD. It is not strictly PD but generally PD. I have a feeling that once cases leave the adjudication queue the process is somewhat less organized.

Dallas Regular cases are still spotty.
