The Estimate Spreadsheet

I took a look at the guesstimate Excel sheet. Unfortunately I don't think I have enough information to "update" it.
1) Dallas is doing Region first then SWA (one of the scenarios in the spreadsheet). That is actually currently not that far off but you could argue that it actually is.
2) Philly seems to be moving forward based on PD regardless of source (SWA or Region) also a scenario in the tracker.
3) The Estimate tool only went to December '04 cases, Jan - MAr '05 cases were not included and since DOL was flooded with cases in those months it would be hard to estimate volumes for those months.
4) Still can't figure out REGULAR case volumes.
So having said that, the original estimate tool can be found on page 48.
