I took a look at the guesstimate Excel sheet. Unfortunately I don't think I have enough information to "update" it.

1) Dallas is doing Region first then SWA (one of the scenarios in the spreadsheet). That is actually currently not that far off but you could argue that it actually is.

2) Philly seems to be moving forward based on PD regardless of source (SWA or Region) also a scenario in the tracker.

3) The Estimate tool only went to December '04 cases, Jan - MAr '05 cases were not included and since DOL was flooded with cases in those months it would be hard to estimate volumes for those months.

4) Still can't figure out REGULAR case volumes.

So having said that, the original estimate tool can be found on page 48.

45 Days Letter Received

I received 45 Days letter today after a long wait.

I had filed my labor with an attorney (also friend of me) who's not with that firm. So, I moved to new attorney and they filed G-28 last year october. But somehow Dallas BEC sent the letter to the old attorney and my employer!! So, basically they haven't connected my new lawyer's G-28 (Notice of Entry).

I have asked my current lawyer how to proceed with this. What is the deal here? Who should actually respond to this 45 Days letter?

I read in some of the messages people writing about Screen Shot, can some one educate me on that. What is a Screen Shot? and how do we get the information about that. :confused:

No of cases by month

I had seen a post some time ago with number of cases filed each month from '02 to '05. If somebody has the data can you please post it or point me to the location where it is. Also is that data divided by the cases filed through RIR and TR Thanks !!! :)
 
45 day letter

Hi Guys,
I want to find out if anybody is in same situation as me.
My PD is March 20th 2003. Its EB3 RIR. My case was filed from Michigan state. Cleared regional and transfered to Chicago in May 2004. After that my lawyer or me don't have any tracking of the application. We assume its with Dallas BEC. I didn't receive any 45 day letter yet.
Did anybody receive 45 day letter who filed from Michigan in Mar'03 and whose applications transfered to Chicago in May'04.
Any information is appreciated.

Received 45 day letter today.

Please update the tracker. Took almost 5 months to get the 45 days after the BEC entered my case partially in March 2005 (as per the case number).

Michigan 12/13/2002 RIR Case Certified

I got a screen shot which shows case "Certified". Please update my case status. There was no date on the screen shot when it was Certified.

Does any one have an idea as to how many days will it take to receive the actual letter from them.
