This is crazy! YOu labor got approved in April and you just got the letter now?
If you got it back in April, you should be filing I485 already. So I strongly suggest people stuck in Pilly, if you saw one people whose PD is one month older than you got approved, then email Philly or call Philly ASAP for your case. Don't wait for that paper after 4 monthes.
 
7th Year Extension Screenshot:

My PD is 01/2003. I had received and replied to the 45-Days letter back in Dec 2004. My 6-years of H-1 expires in Nov 2005 and the company is filing for 7th year extension. Using that as an excuse I called Philly BPC (rather than send e-mail). They took my mailing address and mailed a copy of the screenshot to me. It states "The application is waiting processing". Just FYI....
