Just received an email from my lawyer that my labor has been approved! Labor was approved on August 1st and received on August 10th, 2005 (Today).

Happy Independence Day

Hey ..Wishing you all "Happy Independence Day" and how Ironic we are here still awaiting for our Independence here. May be we will have a "Happy Labor Independence Day" celebration!

Congrats to all of you who got thru ..wishing Lots of Luck to others..including myself for the Labor Independence to come by.
 
Status Update received from BEC

JustWatching:

I have just received a status update from Philly BEC via the 7th year email address and find that my original dates submitted for the tracker were a bit off.

Please use the dates from my signature and update the tracker.
Meanwhile, the status says RIR, which means it is under process , I guess and as usual, we have to wait and hope for the best.

Lastly, many thanks to you for this selfless tracker that you provide us in these trying times !!!

Thank you so much for the great work with the Tracker. Do you think you can zip it up and upload it to the forum in the future. It's getting quite large and taking longer to download. Just a suggestion. Thanks!! :)

Total cases entered into BEC system

Hi JustWatching,

How many cases have been entered into BEC system per your data?

DOL anounced 170K til May 23, 2005 which is confirmed by ETA# 05-140-30xxx. There is 1 round off for 05-123-89xxx. Another round off is 05-186-98xx and latest on this forum is D-05-211-62xxx. Hence I would say ~300K total, not bad since only 40K left to enter into BEC system.

Thanks for your effort to mantain this BEC tracker :)

Has anyone received 45 day letter from Dallas BEC with priorty date 15th march 2005 or later. I have not received anything yet. Is there a tracker where i can see what dates are getting 45 day letter, i mean what is current processing date at BEC

As of August 11, 2005 - 339,000 cases have been data entered or partially data entered.
