Update from BRC on my case

45 Day letter was responded to on 06/09/2005.
On 06/16/2005. BRC called the attorney's office and asked for an updated ETA form with current manager information.
Since my labor certification was filed (04/2001), I've had 3 manager changes but no change in status on the LC.
I think labor cerifications are an aberration to the rule "change is the essence of nature"

The news has been confirmed. I got the 45 day letter photocopy from my attorney. Following are the details.
CASE : RIR EB3
SWA=WI
PD=05/10/04
RD=Never made it to Regional
45 Day letter: Recd on 4/29/05
Replied to 45 day letter: 06/03/05
Case # : D-05108-59XXX

Please update in the tracker.

i havent received 45-day lettr
did you call or faxed to PBC to receive 45-day letter?

Hi Friends,

I had updated(row#246) the BECTracker061405.xls with details and uploading the same

Here are my details again

PD:28-Aug-04/Wisconsin SWA/EB2/RIR.

Not yet received 45 Days letters

I have the following questions :confused:

Does any one heared any news about whats happening with our cases at Wisconsin SWA.
Did they send our cases to BRC or not? How to find out whether our cases are with BRC? Do they provide any website or telephone number to get details about our case. This is so frustrating..

Does any one filed a new case under PERM? how does PERM is faring so far?
Your opinions are highly appreciated.

Whoever is updating the Excel spreadsheet can move my entry to the 'Unknown BEC' tab because I fon't know whether it is at D or P

In which state did you file your LC application ? If it is not CA then we will know which BEC has your application :)

I later had a talk with my lawyer who confirmed it is with Dallas BEC. Filed with the one and only Mr. Replogle of Indiana SWA at Indianapolis.
