No 45 day letter yet :(

My case was entered into the Dallas BEC with Case number of D05081-XXXXX, So its been almost two months but I have not received my 45 day letter yet. Anyone in smiliar situation? Not sure if the letter has been lost in between? I have heard from my employer saying they have been receiving 45 day letter almost sequentially with only two exceptions. One is mine the other anotuher guy who has priority date of April 2004.

Receipt date in CHicago: Nov 2004.

Any thoughts from others is appreciated.

I recommend all fellow sufferers who are waiting for LC approval to join the conference call with Mr. Rajiv Khanna today at 1.00 PM EST. We can discuss how to sue the DOL in the court of law for the excruciating delays in processing of LC cases and the adverse impact that it has had in our lives.
