Make sure you download the most recent tracker.

You need to download and open in Excel.
Update your record
Post a new message and when doing that go to "manage attachments"
Attach the file and post

Any news on when the DOL will give some more guidance on the Backlog Processing ?

There is No data in the version uploaded by you.

Check the one uploaded by you and then the one uploaded by me just before you.

Please update again..

It's just sorted by some custom queries, the data is still there, choose all for DOL and you'll see all the records.

Please take away all custom filters and other things before you upload the tracker. Do the custom filters in your own desktop version..
