I sent email 3 times (at an interval of 3-4 weeks each time). No reply at all whatsoever. :-(

who sign 45 day letter?

Could you somebody tell me, who should sign 45 day letter?

My company received 45 day letter today (my lawyer haven't received yet) .

I was about to ask my employer to sign this letter, but my lawyer said he would sign the letter.

I found that 45 days letter was printed as follows

To: Ballas Backlog Center
From: Lawyer's name

....So, my employer should not sign this letter? or both can sign?
Very confusing...

does any one have update on satellite BEC porcessing centers. There were some reports saying that the will be additional BCP centers in
New York, Boston and San Francisco.

Do we know if they are operatrational, what cases they plan to handle and how far along they are making progress.
 
Frustrated

My labor was filed at Atlanta DOL in Jul 04.
My employer hasnt received the 45 day letter yet and the lawyer says that the processing is much faster than the expected 2 year date.

I wrote to Philly BEC and got this as a reply,
"
At this time, we are unable to provide any status information on Permanent Labor Certifications. At this time please contact your employer or attorney.
Thank you.
"

Any one else in the same boat as me? Or anyone has any idea if my processing would move further at all this year?

Am so frustrated.

BEC 45 day letter

Hi,

I received the BEC letter dated March 11th and have to reply back by April 25th. I was wondering when did everyone else with letters dated around same date, recieved their letters? I had a little issue with the address change with employer plus my employer also held on to the letter for sometime. Anyway, I am curious, when did others with letters dated on or around March 11 recieve their letters.

Anxious to know.!!!
