received the 45-day letter

hi,
my employer received the 45-day letter today. it arrived with a failed existence check correction list, even though my employer is probably one of the largest in my state. my info is already in the tracker, could you please update it. Thank you, JustWatching, for doing great work!

What is your PD and from where did you filled your application which state?

received 45 day letter in today's morning mail.,will be replied soon.,

I have seen mentions of people getting updated, but no one specifically on the tracker. Can you point out where?
