I received the 45-day letter

My lawyer told me that the letter is received and responded to. I have asked for case# and additional details.

Anand_Mishra - Less than 10% of cases in the tracker are marked as "Regular" so for now I'll keep together. I would also like to see practical proof that in fact they are being treated as two Q's.

No! No! No! This information is VERY VERY OLD! This is the RFP that was issued two years ago to select the company that is currently running the BECs.

i haven't receieved my 45-days letters (application received by the regional office in june 2003!),
those that already received the love letter back in december or january havent received any information regarding LC ( which is all this about).
are the backlog centers or Regional centers issue a single LC during the last four month?
have anyone any information regarding the PERM program?
have they received applications during this week?
300.000 families are affected for such huge incompetence that nobody understand
