Atlast the Fruitful day has come, I got LABOR CERTIFIED

Attorney Received a mail on 01/12/06. I saw the email from her saying the Labor Certified. She sent the apporval letter scanned and attached along with the email.
I am sending you the exact full letter. The letter had the contents:
