I faced the same thing, the lady told me just 'Wait for few weeks you will get it'.
I called again the next day i.e 14th Nov at 8.40 A.M and they said it is stamped and will be picked by fedex and I got on 15th.
Probably you may try calling them in the morning at around 8.45 A.M(EST).If you call them in the afternoon probably they will be tired attending the calls and just say you will get it soon.

I just called DC office to check whether my visa stamped or sent back to correction, they lady told its stamped and printed on monday. u should be able to received in two days.
but i already see my tracking in fedex#, will be received in few hours, once i got it, i post updated info.

I called them just now, and rep said, it was not yet printed. I am really out of my mind now. My visa was approved last friday. Would you guys advise me to withdraw my PP? I have my tickets booked for Nov 26.

Ok, Here is the situation I spoke to a different lady today, she told me that my passport was issued and sent already, that I should get it any time soon, but I don't see it on my UPS tracking.
Lets see if UPS picks up passports today at the visa office.
Just waiting and more waiting.

They didnt tell me, what the problem could have been with my case. The only thing the rep said was, they receive about 2000 visa applicaions everyday, and they work on about 300 out of them. So, it may take some more time. But I dont understand, how come some people get their PPs the next day, their visas were approved, and some have to wait for weeks, before the visa office could print them and send out.

I have a similar case. My visa got approved on 11/14, and hasn't been printed yet. This morning I called DC. This time I got to talk to a sweet lady. She told me that different visa types are sent to different machines for printing. (I don't know how they categorize visas, I believe within H1B they have different categories) The time it takes in printing depends upon the number of cases in your category type. By chance we are in the group that has more cases than other groups.
My suggestion to you would be to be patient and wait for 2 more days before taking any furthur action.

Mine is a L1-B visa, and I dont think there would be many L1-Bs in the line. But if that is the case, I can still wait. If I dont get it back by Nov 26, I will have to cancel my tickets.

Hello Everybody,
I felt tempted to call the Visa Center today and came to understand that my Visas have been approved yesterday and sent for printing. When I asked how long it will take for the printing process, she told me that she does'nt know.
How long do you guys think before FEDEX picks it up?
