AUGUST - Visa revalidation tracking

I have one silly doubt, Do they keep track number phone calls comming in for each PP , did any one of you notice their response being pleseant when u call them first time, and little rude second time .??
 
The first time that I called the lady was really rude and the second time different lady was nice and ask my pass# and when I sent it to St. Louis. but I don't that they keep track of phone calls, I will say that is luck!!
 
I donot think they are tracking number on our PP. but in my experience, first time the lady took the phone she was very kind gave all the possible information.

but second time, she was really rude. she asked my SL date, said 'no not yet processed, i cannot tell anything else' then just hung up the phone, nothing further.

even after they cleared mentioned in their website that, 'we cannot provide any status on your visa processing', we are keep calling, making them irritating. thats why they are being rude now a days.
 
May be you are right but Some people are still getting good response, but if you look in September thread first time callers they peacefully get their DC dates.

Only my guess work.

I agree that other threads should not call as their's will take some time. They can track from this thread. Is there any way we can ask them so and that everyone knows about it?
 
I think we have go to each thread and spread the message request them, I don't know if there is any general way of passing the message.
 
Mistakes in revalidated visa

Hi everyone,

I got the revalidated visa only to note that the visa expiration date is 11 days later then the expiration of I-797 and I-94.

When I caleed them I was asked to send the passports back for correction.

Has anyone noticed similar difference in dates.

I am also suppose to get $50 back due to lowering of reciprocation fees?

Has anyone got the money back?

Please share if anyone has similar experience.

- I don't think so. The lowering of reciprocation fees is effective only for those folks (Indian nationals specifically) who sent PP after Oct 11. Since you have already received a revalidated visa which was sent way before Oct 11 I don;t think you are entitled to any refunds .
 
I think that will be good question for Manish to ask when he calls in today :) ofcourse only if the officer is nice to you

Calling Visa

Hi Manish,

We certainly do not want to put all the load on you. whatever is possible for you please get the info and post for all of us. If some of the issues are left out then some other member who is calling will ask and let us all know.

There is another possible option i.e. email!
I have never tried. But may be if the question is too general we can use emailing and post the info on this forum.

Our passports have been pcked up by Fed-Ex today.

Details:-

SL date :- 4th August
DC date :- ???
Fed-Ex pickup:- 14th Nov.

My visa has been approved. Sorry, I forgot to ask her about the reciprocation fee. I am the happiest person on Earth.
It has not been printed yet and has not gone through some quality assurance crap :) She said, I would get it some time next week. But I guess, I may get it sooner.
