sigh... so i had my 2nd FP after 34 months of waiting.... you never know what USCIS is doing! on my 2nd finger print notice, it actually says "INS" instead of their new name!

Dead Thread

There is no update in this thread. This means, no approvals. I think it may take couple of years before the retrogression eases and we start seeing approvals. I think 2003 PD for India will take long long time before becoming current.
Unless

if Department State allocate the unused visas to EB category
if the Backlog Centers stops approving old cases
if NSC farmers wake up from their sleep
if we are lucky
If ……..

Uh forget it. There are many if conditions. I don’t think we will get any ware sooner. I will check back with this thread after a year or so.

i applied through family. so no priority date.
