August 2002 I-485 filer

Second FP Done

My wife and I did the second FP. Called the FBI Office and I was told they send the information to INS. The message never changed. The online message says it takes between 500-600 days.
 
Guys,
I had my 2nd FP on 6th may'2004. As my wife was in India during that time, i reschedule her FP and got July 24th date for her. Still no change in online message (same as day 1. Received blah...)

The same thing here. We have done our 2nd fingerprint in April. But the online message hasn't been changed, actually, for us it has never been changed since day one.
 
online status changed after 2nd FP

This is the first status change since day 1. We had 2nd FP on 05/22 and today (06/01) I see the status changed to the following for my and my wife's cases (while typing, I received the email notice):

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On May 28, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
 
3rd EAD approved

Just saw the status changed to the following:

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On June 2, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

AD: 06/02
 
Did 2nd FP on May 28,

and check message online today and was told,

RFE for my wife and daughter only

Guys,

Anybody has the same situation?
I got e-mail form BCBS today.
They sent RFE for my wife and daughter. My case status is same as before.
I did FP2 but my wife didn't get the notice yet.

Response from FBI

I got a fax from FBI in reply to my fax inquiry dated May 4, 2004 regarding name check, saying that "The FBI completed a record check for you on December 15, 2002, and for <my wife's name> on December 29, 2002. The results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. However, the FBI does not conduct security checks on children fourteen years of age and under."

Now I believe that our cases are adjustment-ready and hopefully we will see the approval soon.
