August 2002 I-485 filer

Based on info from 4riend, I think FP expired in 15 months.

My wife have skin problem causing some of her fingerprint doesn't look clear. The place that we are going to have second FP only do FP on paper. Can I call USICS to arrage for a different place that can do FP on a FP scanner? If she do FP on a FP scanner, the result is better and they can tell her immediately if her FP is good or not.

As I have seen posting in the forums the finger prints expires in 1.5 year. In my reply Peace_of_mind mentioned I am at the edge of expiration of my finger prints. But I have not received any notice for 2nd finger prints except the RFE issued and not know yet untill receive it.

How long to get receipt??

I applied three weeks back for 485/EAD/AP. I have not received receipt number yet. Also, filing checks are not posted yet by CIS. do they issue receipt notice once checks get clear from my account?

Please advice..

Last friday 04/02/2004 got 2nd fingerprinting notice. Already received my wife's notice few days back.

Any recent RFEs?

It looks like that lots of us are getting 2nd fingerprint notice.

Does that mean our case get looked at? Or we have to wait until RFE to be sure.

rfe for RD August 2002

Hi,
found out online that rfe was mailed on 04/09/2004. My fingerprinting is
going to expire on 04/29/04. What happens when the officer processes the
rfe reply and fingerprinting is expired. Anybody else in the same situation.

It seems like August 2002 I-485 filers are getting RFEs. What a great start! Congratulations. :)
 
No 2nd FP or RFE yet... I dont know what algorithm they use to sort cases...
