August 2002 I-485 filer

2nd FP Notices received for RD Aug 1st filing.

Myself and my wife both received 2nd FP notices on this Friday and Saturday respectively. But both are scheduled for 6/12 and at same time.

FYI My Case Details:
RD Aug 1st 2002.
1st FP Sep 20th 2002,
2nd FP Received for Jun 12th appointment.

My case status online never changed from day one.
"Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on August 1, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."
 
2FP Notice

Talked to the police dept where I am suppose to give 2FP.

I asked them if I can come before the date mentioned in the FP notice (in my case it is 06/07/2004 -06/14/2004), they asked me to come any time before 06/14/2004, I will be going today.

Will post the experience tomarrow.

Yesterday evening did the 2nd FP at local police station. Everything went off very smoothly.

RFE Email Notification received

I just received an email notifying me that the NSC has sent me a RFE yesterday. I don't know what is but very happy and waiting.

It is likely to be employment related but I just applied for AC21 3-4 months ago.

Received receipt for 3EAD also but nothing changed and 2FP done, but nothing changed on online status.
 
I had 2nd finger print on 05/22. Today I called FBI finger print line and was told that the finger print was completed on 05/22/04 and result was sent to the INS on the same day.

The status of my I-485 application still has the same status from day 1.
Wait patiently for some activities on my case.

are these fax numbers or phone numbers? what kind of information do you need to provide for checking status? Thanks!

srjumde - Did the Last Updated change for you after your second FP.

What I mean is if you have your portfolio set up in the USCIS page, then did the Last Updated date column change for you ?

these are phone numbers. Just provide A# and name.
 
Today Online status shows that they received the 2FP for all of us.
Did not receive any email though.
