I had the same problem, you have to ask help from your congressman and they will push USCIS to take care.I applied my my petition i730 03/26/2020 USCIS approved 07/10/2023 . I contacted to NVC and NVC told me we didn’t received your petition. Contact to Uscis . I contacted Uscis by phone call they don’t know anything about my petition already over 10 months approvals notice. Please anybody hv information about i730 petition.

Thank you? I will doI had the same problem, you have to ask help from your congressman and they will push USCIS to take care.
with my case it was send by mistake to NRC to NVC, if congresswoman did not involve then it was missing for months and months.Thank you? I will do
I was following up on the same and found it also stuck on April 01, and I was hoping this week it'll move as my case was sent on April 10 to NVC.Hello everyone, has anyone recently receive any letter from NVC? the NVC timeframe is supposed to get updated every Monday but I see it did not change from yesterday and is stuck from April 01, do you have any idea what is going on?
I am so afraid what if they have stopped working until next fiscal year( after July 1st), cause I remember that they were stuck on a date for several months last year.I was following up on the same and found it also stuck on April 01, and I was hoping this week it'll move as my case was sent on April 10 to NVC.
I guess they have a big amount of cases at the moment! The good thing is that the case review timeframe seems to be quick and moving within 10 days at the moment. let's see next week...
This is highly unlikely, their fiscal year starts October 01. I believe it's just a backlog from the previous 1-2 weeks.I am so afraid what if they have stopped working until next fiscal year( after July 1st), cause I remember that they were stuck on a date for several months last year.
No, but my friend said they waited after 9months for the embassy in Cameroon to email them and tell their interview date. I don't know why it takes so long . Please how long did it take for your I 730 to be approved? Please is there anyone here whose i-730 was recently approved and his/ her embassy is the Cameroon embassy? Have you received your interview date? How is your case going? Mine was send to the embassy since November last year and nothing till date. Is there anyone here who is the same situation like me?
Oh really after 9months? I didn't know it takes that long. You have given me some hope because I thought I was the only one waiting for this long . It took approximately 4months for the i730 to be approved thank youNo, but my friend said they waited after 9months for the embassy in Cameroon to email them and tell their interview date. That is not true, I-730 is based on asylee or refugee statues, mine approved without green cardI have a question does i730 approval based on my green card, so i did not receive my green card yet still processing, i heard i730 can’t be approved unless my green card is approved is that true?
I think it is the other way round. Your i730 has to be approved before even applying for the green cardapproved
I filed my family petition i730 03/26/2020 . I got my green card 02/05/2023 and Uscis approved i730 petition 07/11/2023 still holding Uscis . I contacted to NVC and NVC didn’t receive still approved petition. That is not true, I-730 is based on asylee or refugee statues, mine approved without green card
