I have tried everything on my part but no positive outcome
I don’t think it’s right cause my case was sent to the dos on 7th aug and now it’s at the embassy
Yusuf, If the case was transferred to NVC on 28th Aug then you will have to wait for a month approximately. Swa12, can you please share that which is your embassy? My case was created in May and it is still pending at NVC.
I sent the inquiry today after 17 days and the gave me the case number.

Hi my dear friend, I had my interview yesterday. It went well and I got my Visa approved! I checked my case and it's saying Issued at the NVC Website today too. I am so happy and hopeful that everybody's case will get IL and approvals fast!

And then he asked me to sign the I-730 last page and that was it. The interview was 3 minutes only.

My husband applied for my I-730 on March 21, 2022. As of now no news. On Sep 9, 2020 file was transferred to another office. Regardless 2 times expedited requests and several inquiries and requested assistance from the Ombudsman but no action happened on the file yet.
Thank you! I did It beforehand, as doing it afterwards would have only delayed things. But it is not mandatory to do it beforehand.
The agent said he would have given me a notice that I would have had to bring the receipt of the medical afterwards. I was too afraid it would turn into a 221g notice though, which takes forever to be dealt with so I wanted to avoid it at all costs and scheduled the medical on my own.

Did your expedite request approved?
Congrats Brother, I just checked my status. My expedite request has been approved. I sent my request through senator. Earlier I sent 3 request which were denied back to back. Finally got approval. Now next step will be the scheduling of interview.
