Thats great, so be patient you will hear good news from nvc if you presented strong reasons for expediting your petition and you should wait one to two weeks more to get response back from nvc

Great and have a look on your timeline it's not been six month after your case creation at NVC but since your approval date, if you count since your case creation time from NVC it took almost 5 month, by the share your timeline please

Look, you should count it since june and it's been alomst 4 month because case creation takes at least a month to creat a case and have a look you got your case number in july
 
@lost-Yusuf I cannot login to ceac account. I didn't got any welcome letter so its impossible to login. I am checking it through ceac immigrant visa status check and there it says at NVC.

Form i-730 has no welcome letter NVC just creates case number and forwards the petition to embassy and they don't even review the case
