Do u think any link with Pay role to speed up my 140 process?

Fill up Form I-131, attach I-485 filing receipt copy send USCIS fee $110 and 2 photographs.
** Filing for AP (Advance Parole) does not expedite /speed up the processing of I-140 approval or I-485 approval, AP is just travel document if I-485 pending

At least the my prediction come true in your case.

If the RFE is for missing Original labor certificate, then you can expect your approval within a week.

I got RFE on I-140 for my education and I replied in last week of Jan, INS website updated in First week of Feb and still I am waiting for my 140 approval. Do you have any idea how long does it take?

Hello Friends,

In how many days BCIS update thier websites after sending rfe reply.

My company sent rfe reply on 03/05/2004 (last friday), today its more than a week and my status still showing that they sent the rfe, whereas i am expecting at least the change in staus to "we recieved rfe"

friends please put yr thoughts when bcis will update thier website with recieved rfe

In my case, they updated after 15 days and updated date was 10 days after FedEx del. date.

briefly my case

i140 substitution (original BE(EEE)+5 years, mine BE(EEE)+5 years) in nebraska.

Receipt jul 8 2003
RFE 2/16/04 Ed. evaluation and company fin/taxes.
replied in 10 days.

message changed in site on 3/2/04. no answer yet as of today.

filed 1-485 recenlty. RD 3/3/2004. received Lin nos for only AP in paper not for EAD and 485. (found out all lins from bank check though!).

questions.

1. any predictions on dates for i-140 approval/denial
2. AP notice says it will take 470 to 600 days. is it really going to take those many days. i was hoping i donot have to spend money for H1B revalidation for my family and me.

Now a days RFE cases take 2-3 months to get the decision. But I guess, all of you should get some thing before end of April.

In Immigrationwatch.com, RFE_sent means the date RFE was issued by USCIS. RFE_recvd means the date USCIS received the RFE response.
