Hi All,

Good to see tracker on RFE's. Could you all please post your case details like I-485 RD, Con-current or not, 2nd FP or not...any AC-21 cases?

I have attached updated spreadsheet with RFE information on my wife and daughter. My case was approved in 12/9/04.

A user from rupnet couldnt access the file, so i added on his/her behalf.

PDs after Jan2002 for EB3

There are several people in the spread sheet in EB3 category with Priority Dates after Jan 1st 2002. Are all the folks from backlogged countries like China, India, Philipines etc?

RD=ND=6/2002; REF issued on January 07, 2004; EB2 or EB1 (don't remember)

instead of RD we need PD and could you update the attached sheet with your PD information....thanks

Rfe..

HI I received one RFE 8 days back regarding medical form (I-693 supplement) i.e the immunization report. My Dr. has still NOT provided me the sealed updated form i.e I have yet NOT responded to the RFE.

Today, I saw LUD change, again I am NOT sure if its just a change in date (LUD) or actually another RFE i.e 2nd RFE(as per web site)

I have NOT received any email updates, so I am confused if this is 2nd RFE or just a LUD change.

Can someone throw light on this
