Attached file is a 485 RFE Traker

Good question. Hope they are atleast working today. I wish we know when exactly the LUD happens - I mean when they perform any action (read, update, etc) on our record, or merely open the case/file (I may be getting too technical here).
 
I just notice on RUPNET that one person got RFE on 09/09/2004 and he is from IND-VA-EB3 got approved on 01/06/2005 so if thats the case we all should relax for couple of months...I am so fed up with this whole process
 
I have updated the file with my details.
It's been 14 days already, my lawyer still haven't received the REF. Whay should I do? I am thinking about calling USCIS.
 
RFE for my I-485 (RD 10/8/03) was issued on 12/14/04 and received on 12/28/04.

Response was sent to USCIS via Fedex on 12/30/04 (copy of most recent I-94 and EAD).

USCIS just sent email update acknowledging receipt of RFE on 1/7/05.
