Is it August 2003 or 2004 ? If it is 2004 then how did you get the case number from DOL ALT. My application was forwarded to DOL ALT at the end of June 2004 and I haven't received any case number and according to OANACN

He spoke with a supervisor from there and they told him that they have a huge backlog and in 30-60 days our cases will be imputed into the system.
So for those of you that are waiting to find their case numbers from AVM there is a long way to go..., unfortunately.

I have been a silent watcher of this forum. Today I heard the magic word for myself and it is been a great relief after 2+ years of wait. My details are:

State July 2002
Federal June 2003
Remand September 10, 2004 (regarding recruitment report)
Certified October 6, 2004

Thanks to all of you and this forum has been my source of strength throughout my waiting period.

One more case from my employer with same details (filed together) is also certified.

My case moved in Aug 2003, my trick what i did was, i called this dol guys and mentioned that iam calling from my company and also mentioned one of my company guys name and asked my case number by giving my cell number, they called me back and gave me the number after 2 hours, ( imp-delete ur voice message while giving your number) or (delete ur name on your message and mention "thank u for calling, please leave your message").

we should do our tricks otherwise its quite difficult to get anything done from this guys ontime................

Update ...

One of the silent watchers that i know got certified yesterday.. His Case #is 044 039xx. Surprisingly there seemed to be no intention from his side to update the forum , forget about visiting and looking around for some important and interesting information that is available on this forum...

Anyways... I will convey Congratulations on behalf of all of us... :(

how come june 2003 people are getting certified when there are so many may 2003 people still waiting...I think I ve even seen 2004 people certified...

this whole thing is amazingly ridicilous
 
WHats the DOT code of the one certified. Mine is recieved in Sept 19 DOT code 039-162.014 and still waiting. I called DOL 1 month back and they told my case was not assigned to any office yet.

some guy called ATL DOL today and was told that they were working on March 2003. and they have not finished March 03 cases.
