I dont have a case number so I tried using the federal Tax ID for my employer. The only options for permanent cert search I got were BY PHONE NUMBER and BY CASE NUMBER. Which one should I select to search by Tax ID. My state was cleared and forwarded to ATL on June 20th, 2004.

My recd date is also July 11th.
My case # starts with 044059XX, how about yours.
I guess ATL DOL still working with case numbers ranging 04403XXX , may be they started working in cases ranging 04404XXX also.

Is there a number to call - to speak some one to at the ATL DOL? Would it make sense if I asked my lawyer or if I called them to find out whats wrong! My date is May 2 / 03. Any one have a number to call? :confused:

My case # starts with 04405XXX.I am expecting this to get cleared by Feb.But I am checking the status through AVM daily.
 
Did you talk to ATL labor specialist ? What did they say...yours should have approved by this time. Check with your attorney or ATL DOL.

Any new updates

Any new updates on June and July cases, because i can start breathing, my case is Aug 7th, my number starts from 04414***
I hope they will not delay and not work according to case numbers, if they work according to case numbers,I think my file will get approved somewhere in end of next year.

mine is a may 2003 case and i am still waiting. i noticed that case numbers before and after mine have already been certified and apparently i am still left twiddling my thumbs. all this leads me to believe that they have not touched my DOT code cases.
 
Well, according to my Attorney - The case numbers are not given out by the DOL and we can do nothing other than wait. I did not want to argue over that. They need to update their process!

I haven't yet called the DOL. Are those people pretty helpful? I don't why am I just so apprehensive. Could it mess up some thing!

Yes. IF not cleared this month, it is going to be after christmas holidays right.
 
Intro data into the system

If it's important for some of you that had applications moved to ATL after April 2004, my lawyer just called ATL DOL and asked about our case numbers (our files were forwarded to ATL on 27 April 2004).
He spoke with a supervisor from there and they told him that they have a huge backlog and in 30-60 days our cases will be imputed into the system.
So for those of you that are waiting to find their case numbers from AVM there is a long way to go..., unfortunately.

my DOt code is 050.067-014. Market research analyst.
my guess is that it'll be a month before i hear anything. yours might come sooner.
