Thanks for posting the nof details.
Never heard of something like this. But I guess your case is simple and it will be cleared shortly.

Hi all,
Today I recieved NOF. In the ads job requirement was BS and 2 years of experience or MS with no experience. IN ETA form at the line 14 DEgree we just mentioned about BS but not MS. They want us to include MS. I have MS and 8months experience. My attorney will reply soon. Does anyone have idea about this kind of NOF.
Thanks

Some Green Card,

I don't want to display anybody personal case numbers but I sorted above list, base on case numbers from AVM/flcdata center. You can get the case numbers from www.flcdatacenter.com

I just want to say they are processing based on the case numbers( related to only software. Most of the non software application are done two/three months back ) not received date. And also, Received dates are not based on the case numbers.

hi chags,

what does RIR field mean, does it mean the application is filed under RIR ??

Also i looked at cases applied from NC and saw many cases applied in June-October 2003 got certified during the same period.

rajrw.

Rajrw,

RIR means Reduction_In_Recruit which will be 'True'( if the application is RIR ) or '0'( if the application is non RIR ).

As per my understanding after analysing the data from flcdatacenter(for case number) and AVM( for approvals )

They are working 2 - 3 months a-head on Non software applications.
Eg  : Most of the non software Apirl/May 2003 applications are done in the month of June of 2004 and now they are working on March/Apirl/May software applications( I should say they are working on software case numbers from 044-01-000 to o44-02-500 or so).

Some cases with DOL received date in May and june also falls in the same Case number range. Some cases with Dol Received date in Apirl 03 falls after the above case number range.

Exception to this  : Here and there i saw around a 100 software applications( from Apirl 2003 to till date ) are approved in sept 03 and there after, not with related to case number order or DOL received date.

I don't think they are working on state based. I strongly beleive, case number are the one which we need to track the processing order not DOL Received date.

Hope this answers your question.

Nof....

Hi,
To my surprise  heard from few of my friends whose received dates are May 14 received NOF....followed by a stampede to the attorneys office..as usual attorney calmed them down saying it is just to check if the person is still in job(country).. looks like some of our folks went back home due to lay offs in the early 2002 which seems to be the reason for all the NOF's. So May..June guys..saddle up..your turn is on its way.. :D
Thanks,

Thxs for the info. Very encouraging... :)

Good woek Chags !!

Chaga, Can you please post what numbers these guys are processing..

like for Example :

0440 16**
0440 17**
------
------
------
0440 5***

And how long do u think they will take to process the case numbers starting
with case number 0440 17**

Thanks

And also

Can you please at what is the good time to check the AVM ?
I mean at what time these guys update the AVM system ?

Thanks

LaborUnknown,

My understanding is, currently they are working on cases from 044 01 000 up to around 044 02 999.

I am badly need EAD and started analysing all the cases from just 5 or 6 days and checking AVM in the mornings. Currently they are following case number pattern but i am not sure up to how long they will follow this pattern.

I don't know specifics like when they might complete a case with 044 01 ***.

Sorry buddy. What i can say is they are going fast and Its your turn with in a week or So.

I never observe when they are updating AVM.

Guys,

There might definitly be other approvals.

I am concentrating only on small group of case numbers. These are like few hundreds (as i mention in the case number range in above posting) . What i can say is the above data is 100% correct according to AVM.

Good Luck to all.

Great job, chags!

It DOES make more sense using case numbers to trace down the processing pattern.
Still 8,000 cases to go to reach mine... :(

wlj,
being optimistic, their must be lot of approved non tech cases in that 8000.
hope your turn comes fast.
rajrw

wlj_wzz,

rajrw is correct. Out of 8000 cases there might be almost more than 6000 non software cases. So soon it might be your day.

Chags :)
