Gyes,
I guessed that my papers were sent to Atlanta for fed processing in Dec 2002 because I refered the website that displays that information.
Is this the proper way to see the information? I know my question sounds silly but just wanted to make sure. I asked my attorney and he says "Your case was filed in Tennessee on February 20, 2002. The date it was
received by DOL in Atlanta would be different, and I do not have it."

You have to give it atleast a week after your app reaches
federal DOL.
My app was sent there on Jan28, but the receipt date
is Feb6th.

AVM is a Automated telephone system to find the status of your case at DOL. For ATL DOL, you can call 404-562-2131 and find out the status.

Friends,

Just wanted to comeback and see if my old freinds have any updates on their approvals.

case forwarded to ATL DOL on 2/6/2003.
My case approved on 2/4/04.

I checked AVM, flcdatacenter.com -- NOT UPDATED with my case as approved, even though case is approved on 2/4/04.

I guess, it depends on state SESA. Mine is from GA. They will get case no only when your case is moved ATL DOL for federal processing.

Updated list

Iam very happy that people posted up to date lists. Anyways in my company two people got their labor approved and their priority date was sometime in Oct'2003. I asked my attorney and he told that sometime DOL pick cases randomly and is a RFE is issued and as soon as the company answers it, DOL replies immediately in couple of weeks. So guys we must wish for RFE. My receipt date is Sep'4'2003.
All i can do is hope for my Labor approval.
