here is the info of the case i was talking about (august 2003 case approved by ATL):

code: 030.062-010


vanguru - can you download applications recd by ATL for the month of may and june 2003. i couldnt figure it out.

There are so many cases has approved on June-August 2003. You can't find the specific case just the given DOT code (030.062-010). There will be thousands of cases with same DOT code.
 
If you need cases other than the date range I specified, you could use the strategy that followed. Attaching the required scripts (unix shell, oracle table, oracle sql*loader script etc...)

Like the person before me, I cannot find my case number though my receipt date was within the time frame you stated. Am hoping that everything is alright. Thanks Vangaru for your hard work.

This is really very helpfull

I looked at my case, Here are the details
GA 017337 04399258 2/17/2003 2/24/2003 2/24/2003 030.162-010


Pls. look at the first date, it says 2/17/2003 and it is with the column header R_SO

What is R_SO means, actually my case was filed for state labor in Sept 2001.

What is this R_SO means?

This database lists the cases which are already approved by SWA and sent to the regional. Thats why we can not see our cases as they are pending in SWA still. I did the same database load and report for NY state and obviously could not find my case.
Vangaru, Do you know any database for finding cases waiting at state ?

Akhand - my case was forwarded by State and has recorded receipt date by ATL DOL. What I meant was that there are gaps in the case numbers and that my case was not within the list, though the the receipt date is within the time-frame that Vangaru had listed it to be. Any ideas, anyone?

thanks guys for the download.

I went thru the list and there were a number of cases from jan to august 2003 certified in no particular order. cases were certified not on any basis of profession, quite contrary to what my lawyer said. apparently the lawyers are one of the most expensive in the US as i've been told by my company..

saras76, Any news from you ?. Your received date is 01/06/2003 and mine is 01/07/2003.

I haven't heard from my attorney yet. I will update you all as soon as I get the news.
 
FL Cases?

Great Work you guys.

I know my case number but I couldn't find it any of the list above.

Are they only GA cases? My state is FL? Did I miss any of the spreadsheets that has FL cases?

Please advise

Sorry I haven’t see the tab underneath. Yes It has all the states which comes under ATL DOL.
