If people erre that smart, they would not be even in a situation where they
need to decide to plead guilty or not

You should also tell these to JackOLatern too who always ask why people
plead guilty when plead guilty is same as conviction for immigration

Disorderly conduct 240.20 is a violation and not a criminal offense.

The Court paper show the original charge as 230.04 (i guess Patronizing a prost) but the Court a says "pled guilty and sentence imposed to 240.20 or disorderly conduct:

If i dont get in anymore trouble, can I safely apply on Sept 2010? (this will be 3 months prior 5 years of being a permanent resident)

This is my first offense, can I apply for an exception?

If this your only offense you should be fine as you pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.

I think the OP should be fine. I think this is almost the same (in facts) as a case BIA decided last year (even though the issue there was about inadmissibility not N400). The meaning of "procure" prostitution for GMC/CIMT purposes was analyzed in detail...
