April 2005 Cases

Any Update Guys? Seems like all April cases are under Name Check Pending Status. Going by Processing Dates, INS should have processed most of April cases but seems like they are not.
 
Any of you guys who have filed in Apr have you got your finger printing notices yet?

My ND for I485 is 05/31 .
I got my EAD card but haven't got FP notice yet !!

Can anyone please tell me what does "ND" stand for ?
 
I applied on I140 and I/485 concurrently on 06/17. All my checks(including I-485 fee for myself and my spouse) are cleared on 06/28. What does this mean? Are they going to process I-485 until 06/30 and stop after it or is it a convention that INS cashes the checks immediately upon receipt

Does any one know when was the last 140 approved? looks like 140's are not processed these days due to some reason. The reason given by uscis "Name Check", which doesn't seems to be correct, at the same time lot of people filed in late april and may month haven't received their FP notice, there seems to be some correlation between FP and 140 cases on hold. In addition starting April FP is done with code 3 (finger print, photo and sign) whereas prior to april this was done twice, finger print alone first time and second time photo and sign. So FP process changed since April and is that cluttering the system?

Does any one have better sense on what's gong on?
 
When I contacted them, they had said that my I-140 (and I-485) will not be processed till name check is approved......This was not done in the past....but I am wondering if that has anything to do with this....

I got a FP notice with Code=3, within 10 days of filling, but nothing happened after that, stuck in name check pending before they start processing I-140/485. No correlations as such.

In my opinion they are just waiting for the dates to retrogress.

why do they wait for retrogression date? and that date is not too far, just right from tomorrow, if that's the case, let's hope we will start seeing some thing happening for 140 cases starting 1st week of july.

Congratualtions!!! That's seems like a good hope to me. Finally the April cases are being processed and people started getting FP notices. By the way you seem to have lots of LUD's for 485 and 140, what's up with that? Is it because of your enquiries?

I contacted CSC about why I didnt get FP notice and they said they mailed it on April 19th!!! I did not receive it. So they said they will mail it again. And they did. The LUD are due to my e-mail exchange about the FP notice. The 6/24/05 LUD is because of FP notice issuance...I think. But it does not say so on their website.

I rec'd my finger print notice in the mail shed for 08/09/2005 at York PA.Is it possible to take early finger print? and do you know the contact numbers of ASC. thank in advance.

Yes. I just did my early FP. I think they allow it if they are not too busy.

I dont have the ASC contact info. Its hard to find their phone number ..I think...
 
Any News on April cases or FBI Name check?Seems like all concurrent cases are stuck in FBI Name check. I heard EB2 is going to be retrogressed by august. If the name check does't clear by then , we are in for a long haul.
