April 2003 Name/Security checks cleared

Earlier enquiry response said that security checks are pending. Today I was able to get info from a VSC representative, she told me that all necessary checks are done. And it is ready to move to next step.
I don't know whether to believe or not. If I do, I'm wondering what next step would be.
Any comments.

I tried contacting USCIS several times...it seems no one in that department understands simple plain english. Also one cannot follow up too many times. If US president is accessible we should contact him regarding this catch-22 situation.

Same as happend to the EAD renewal...in the covering letter I had clearly mentioned that they should renew from June 2005, instead they issued the card from Jan 2005 and thus lost 6 months. It is no wonder there is huge deficiency in primary education in this country...and low IQ people get into government agencies to trouble people like us.... :eek: :eek:

did your email state results were forward to vermont or to dc ??

my email states

The FBI completed a record check for you on December 30, 2004, and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Washington, DC.

Email I received from fbi says they have forwarded it to DC, I guess that is the standard procedure... My 485 was approved latter in Dec... I guess you must now wait for your approval... I wish you get it very soon...

Name Check Cleared !!!

Hi Rajudm,

Just now I got a mail from FBI saying that responding to your email dated October 26, 2004, concerning the name check status of you and your spouse
The FBI completed a name check for the both of you on May 8 , 2003, and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services,
Washington, DC.

Initiated status enquiry uscis on Nov-23-04 and got a response saying that pending service consideration wait for 120 days to hear from us.

Still I don't understand FBI says Name Check cleared and what is problem with uscis to approve the case. Any idea's ???????? . I am in eb2 category. I appreciate anyone's help in this regard.
