Updated statistics

Here are the updated statistics (as of 25 Feb 2005) for I485 applications with ND 1 Apr 2003. The changes from my previous scan on 18 Feb 2005 are indicated within paranthesis.

Initial message: 66 (-2)
Finger print received: 60 (-3)
Responded to applicant request: 18 (-1)
Outstanding RFE requests: 4 (+1)
RFE responses: 20 (+0)
Reopened: 3 (+0)
Transferred: 90 (+1)
Misc: 3 (+0)
Approved/Card: 26 (+4)
 
Finally all over

Hi Guys

I got my GC approved and our cards are approved and in mail.

applied labor 10/04/2001
approved labor 01/30/2003.
140 filed 04/07/03 approved 01/30/2004,
I485 filed 04/07/03 and approved 01/30/2005.
I got two FP's after 2nd FP mine is approved in 2 weeks.

Long wait..

Another person (mysunny007) with a file date of april 1 2003 got also approved today.

Looks like there is movement ! :)

Did you apply EAD#3 recently? Or made second inquiry with USCIS?
I am trying to think what I can do to get some attention to my dusty file which is right next to yours :).

As a matter of fact, yes I did apply for EAD#3, and also I sent them my notice of address change. This all happened quickly after the other about almost 3 weeks ago.

Great news ! I have been following your case closely as my dates are close to yours for PD, 140, 485s and have gone thru similar steps like you. Applied EAD3 recently, initiated Enquiry with standard Delay message, etc.

Anyway great to hear about your approval... Guess April 03 is not so unlucky after all...

LUD changed

We had two LUD changes recently.
03/01/2005 --- A standard response 'pending service consideration'
03/08/2005 --- no message change.

If I was in EB2 I would have got excited, but with EB3 retrogression nothing can be expected :confused:
 
If you look in my signature, you can see that I had two LUD changes - one shortly after the other - like two weeks ago.

Don't want to give false hope, but all I think that when LUD's change, it means your files are not gathering dust somewhere in a corner :)
 
congrats on your approval and thanks for encouraging words. Atleast the files are not gathering dust. I hope PD to become current for me atleast by middle may so that approval comes through without 2nd FP.
