I know, I know. I probably have to wait another year to get the approval, but why not start this thread early...

Concurrent I140/I485 filed on 4/14/2003
I40 AD:12/02/2003, NO RFE, EB2
MD: 4/14/2003
RD: 4/15/2003
ND: 4/21/2003
EAD 1st: 5/28/2003
AP 1st: 7/2/2003 (got sent back though, birthdate was wrong)
EAD 2nd: 5/03/2004 (applied on January, 21st)
AP 2nd: 5/13/2004 (applied on January, 21st)
FP 1st: 2/24/2004

I applied for the renewal of EAD's / AP of myself and my wife in Feb with RD as 02/18/2004 and ND as 02/23/2004.

One of us got approved (both AP & EAD andI am not sure who's it is), just received emails today indicating so.

Applied 2nd EAD on FEB 12th got interim EAD on May 18th from Boston.
2nd EAD approved on June 7th
Applied AP2 on June 7th message saying 150 to 180 days which sucks really.
Waiting for GC…don’t know when and how long.

Be patient for one more year then log on to this site.

I am burning my ass on this site from last one or two months after
waiting quitely and nicely for 20 months on I-485.

May God keep ur ass protected.
 
Now I am ready for I485 line....

After a terrible time with I140 processing, now I am ready to see what happens in I485. I didn't get to this forum earlier to I140 approval.

My I140 was approved on July 7th. My I485 LUD didn't change (seems like both I140 and I485 are merged according to Ohato memo). However the dependants I485 LUD got updated first on 07/07/04 and then again on 07/08/04. I am expecting something (RFE or an approval before the end of this month.

There are some cases which got concurrent approvals (both I140 and I485 same day of few days apart). In my case the name check based on G325 would take time since I have stayed in more (4 including India) countries.

I wish my stay on I485 line is shorter ....
 
Shocker!

MY I-485 was approved on 7-9-2004 according to the e-mail message and online status and I was waiting for the written notice and today I was just checking online status again and it now says "your case processing has resumed…" and to my shock when I called the customer service number they say my case is currently being processed and it is taking 365-540 days!! They have no further info.

Does this happen often? I'm really shocked and all my celebrations proved little premature.
 
EAD and AP still pending

Hi,
Mine and My wife 2nd EAD and AP ND are March 15 2004.
Still no news approval…... On 13 th July I called USCIS regarding my AP as current processing date is April 26 th 2004, more that 30 days ahead of my ND, they opened referral on my AP case. And she told in 30 days I should here some thing from them.

Did any one with these dates waiting for EAD and AP? Is referral really works? I mean in 30 days I will get some thing, EAD, AP approval...etc...

Any one who called and opened referral....there experience....comments very helpful.

Our 485s have been approved !! on july 22nd. I am yet to go for the stamping.

My Notice date is APR 30th 2003
