It is good to see someone step up for April filers. I am sure MightyCount deserved a break, especially after his own approval. We are all waiting for the good news. Let us hope the new year brings lots of approvals.

Hey henerysh, good old buddy! I hope you get it soon. We both have identical dates, but you managed do do your FP ahead of schedule.

AVM updated on RFE for wife\'s EAD

My wife had received an RFE on November 13, 2001. We sent the RFE response on Nov 20th. The AVM message on her EAD case now says that the RFE response was received on December 26, 2001. It took them almost a month to open up the RFE response. Meanwhile, we still are awaiting the results on our I-485 cases.
 
FP message change for April last week RD and October FP... Attn : ScorpionRaj

Hi all,

the avm changed for me to say that "On December 29th, the results of your FP was received and processing has resumed....."....

My question : Was INS Working on 29th, (Saturday). or does the Batch processing executed with a wrong SYS Date :)-

Anyway, atleast can see a progress:

Hi Amburan,
just checked the AVM and mine too was changed on 12/29 (same message as yours). Whatever the reason, it looks like they are working on our cases and the end should be very close. I would say whithin a couple of weeks. :)

Just like Amburan, the message has changed to FP was received and processing has resumed..I assume the FP quality is ok.
