Finally got approval notices for me and my spouse today. Case details :

3 EADS, 3 APs.
Receipt date : Feb 6th/2002

Send fax inquiries through congressman/senators
Finally got RFE on 7.2.04 .
RFE received on 19th July
case approved on 8.2.04.
LUD: 5/4< 5/29 < 7/2 < 7/19 < 7/26 < 8/2 ...

Thanks Mango_Pickle for the update on my behalf. I was planning on updating this thread with my approval information late in the evening today. I am still in a state of disbelief that the cases got approved so quickly after responding to the RFE. In anycase, the whole journey came to a fruitful completion and I am really very happy about it. Thanks Again !!!

RFE replied but no 2nd fp

I have replied my rfe and USCIS recd it on jul 15,2004.
I have not got 2nd fp .
Is anyone in the similar situation.
Also since I have not got 2nd fp does that mean that I should give up the hope that it will be approved without 2nd fp.
 
Wife's I-485 is still pending. RFE has been issued...Help

Hi:

I had filed my I-485 in 02/2002 and it was approved on 06-29-2004 and got stamped on 07-14-2004.

My wife filed for I-485 in 07-2002. She has done 2 FP. On 07-30-2004 USCIS has issued RFE. I have not received it yet. Could someone tell me what information USCIS might be expecting?(Want to know the common RFE's for the dependents)
 
Most of the times it is

Medical - if she didn't complete her medical tests when applying for I-485.
Or
Birth / marriage certificate.

Me and my wife both got medical RFE. when I took the medical exam (05/12/02) for the first time there was short suppy of tetanus vaccine in california. CIS asked us to send I-693 and I-693 supplimental form.

RFE issued: 07/14/04
I received: 07/26/04

Responded on:08/02/04 via overnight express mail

no status change yet.
