Applied GC through Employement And Applying Now through Marriage..

I am on H1B and living in US since last 6 years, My employer has already applied my GC, I got my EAD and AP, I 140 still pending as well as 485 in June 2007. Last 4 years I was living with my fiance we have 2 kids and got married last month 2009 since my divorce back in India was pending and took 3 years for them to pass a decree. I am planning to Get my green card process done through marriage. My wife is a house wife and US citizen and I am the only one working as IT consultant. My questions are:

1)Since I already applied my Adjustment of Status through employment, now what are the other forms I may have to send again.

2) Do I have to change my wife's name before submitting GC application or is it OK to change during the process?

3) Since I already got my medicals done and submitted along with my 485 through employment is it necessary I have to go through the medicals again.

4) Since my wife is a house wife and I am alien do I need another sponsor ?

I will appreciate all your help. Thank you in advance.
 
1) I am not sure if you can apply for an adjustment of status through your marriage since you still having pending the other process.

2) If your wife is a US citizen, she can change at any time if she wants, why to do it during your process.

3) Again I am not sure if you can apply for an adjustment of status through your marriage since you still having pending the other process.

4) Yes you need another sponsor additional to your wife. She is suppose to sponsor you.
 
1) I-130 + AOS package
3) yes. Your doctor may provide you with a copy if you had your medicals done recently

There might be the possibility of using "interfiling" to connect the existing I-485 to your newly filed I-130, so you can avoid having to file another I-485. However, while I know this can be done for linking an old employment-based I-485 to a new I-140, I don't know if interfiling can be used to cross the bridge between two different types of GC (employment -> family in your case).

No, since you are already working legally in the US you can use your own income to qualify.

I have this couple questions in mind:

My wife has applied for New SSN & DL with Name changes, is that enough to use her new name on the application forms for sponsoring GC?

My X - Divorce decree has a name type ( My 'X's name spelled with 'I' in the end instead of 'Y' this can be told only if we check both marriage cert and divorce.
