The Answer to your Question is No you dont have to send the Orignals Of Anything. Notorized copies will do the Magic.
As far as K3 In india I believe they are Issuing the visas there I just Got my wife;s K3 In Pakistan I thing I saw some Previous postings regarding the K3 Processing in india good Luck Remember Never send your Orignals to Anyone but when the person goes for the interview Keep them with you in case they need to see them But alwaya Keep a notorized copy of Marriage Cert And Naturalization Cert Handy

I seen where some have had to send in additional evidence, I have to send in another G-325A both for myself and my husband. Question is can I send in a copy of his or do I have to have him sign it in ink before they will except it? I am asking because I sent in a copy of it with just our names and our signature, and they said they need a completed and signed one. Thanks for the help!

Another I-129F question...

Thank you for the feedback earlier baba1965.

Another quick question: Once the Consulate in the foreign country starts to process the I-129F, do they drop the processing for the I-130 filed prior to that with them, or does the I-130 keep getting processed concurrently. My reason for asking is that, in case the New Delhi embassy, for whatever reason accepts and then delays the K3, would that automatically hold up the I-130 as well? Or can the I-130 mature anyway of its own accord?

As far as I130 is concern It\'s now taking about a year and a half to get Approve, Leave I-130 Alone for a While don\'t worry about it As soon as She gets here in usa on K3 Visa you can Apply for Something Called I- 485 Along with I-130 with your local INS offfice it will be much much faster to get green card Appointment, Infact Yesterday I received An notice to have my wifes Finger print for Processing her green card. don\'t worry about what they are saying in New Dehli go Through the K3 Process Completely it will be Faster Little more Expensive but Effictive, Good Luck

How effective or important is it for someone to be with his or her spouse at the time of interview? or depends soley on documents presented and has nothing to do with the presence of the petitioner there and the applicant can go there alone and get the visa?

No Problem

You Don\'t need to be present at the consulate at the time of the Interview. Make sure all the Orignals are with your Spouse Incase they want to see them and make sure all Documents have a Notorized copy with your Visa Application
Along with your visa Application you need two Photos not Immmigration type you need Same as Passport type keep in mind and Good Luck.

Since I\'ve not heard anything from INS, I\'m planning to go and see my wife in about two weeks.I would really appreciate if you could itemize the type of documents I need to take with me. Does the INS send the approved petition letter to me and my wife as well or only to me and I have to take it with me, because if the letter comes to me and I\'m not here I can ask one of my friends to send it to me and go from there. But I hope it comes before I leave.

Necessary Documents

Once you receive an Approval Here In USA For K3 Approval It will be Forwarded to NVC for Scanning And then wired to the Consulate.
they will then send her an Appointment letter and that will explain what you need to bring it with you at the time of Interview.
Like I had told you before since they already have all the documents Just Have your wife Keep the Originals with her In case they need to see them. Also Notarized copies of all the documents in case they are missing any 1) marriage Certificate
            2) Her Birth Certificate
            3) Affidavit of Support
            4) Letter From Your Current Employer Indicating your salary
            5) Income Tax Certified Copies From Your Local Regional Office For Past Three Years
            6) Picture of your wedding
Once you have all that Along with the Medical You are in good shape.

When are you expecting the Letter Of Approval From INS you have to wait till you receive that then you should leave Along with the Letter From NVC and INS and once my wife had receive the Appointment Letter then you can go but good luck with everything.

On my NOA, it says this tpye of application takes between 60 to 180 days
from the notice date to be processed. However, my application was received on Oct.12, and the notice date on my NOA is Oct. 22. My luck, it may take 180 days! I really do not know when to expect anything from INS that\'s why I\'ve decided to go and see my wife after 11 months! and have my friend to check my mail and send me those letters if he receive them before I come back.

Hi Bob,

My fiance did get a police report in Pakistan. But it is no longer required by the American embassy. My fiance was sent a list of approved medical doctors with her 3.5 and she just went one of them and they gave her the physical and she picked up the results the next day.

I\'m confused Bob. Aren\'t you the petitioner? You are in the US already. Right? You do not have to go for an interview or a physical in Islamabad.

My fiance and I just arrived back to the states. She was given her K1 visa and I am so happy.

The interview went smoothly. Her appointment was for 8am in Islamabad, Pakistan. They did not call her until 11am. The interviewer was a women. She called my fiance to her desk and asked her to sign a form and to write my name. She asked her how we met. My fiance told her that her dad and my uncle are close friends and that is how we were introduced. She asked to see some of the pictures that we included in the application. These were pictures of the engagement. She asked how we stay in touch and my fiance told her we email and phone. She asked my fiance if she had any emails to show and phone bills. I had fixed copies of my phone bill to my fiance and my fiance kept all of the emails I had sent her(256 to be exact) in the 3 months. The women was smiling as she read 2-3 of the emails. The emails were not long. They were quick notes. Usually 1-2 lines. The women said "go to America." The entire interview took 10 minutes and my fiance was told to come back at 3:30pm to pick up her visa.

No I did not receive An approval for I-130 until now Infact My wife is already her on K3 and i have processed her I-485 for her green card she has already been finger Printed.

Good News!!!

Hi Mr. B.Ahmed,

Yesterday I received the approval letter from INS (the 2nd NOA). In that , it says, the approved petition has been forwarded to the requested cosulate, contact them for questions regarding the visa.
How long does it take to get the other letter from NVC. Do you have their phone # by any chance?

Very Nice, You\'re in good shape now it will take Appromaxitely A month from this point. it will go to National Visa center for scanning and then it will be forwarded to the Consulate. you will be fine good luck let me know how it goes at the consulate.

Which of the I-485 did you print off the INS web site.I think they have up to 4 differnet types of i-485 forms, pls tell me which one to use. How much did it cost you file i-485? pls reply as soon as you can.
