AP Question

Hi,

We have any approved AP till Jan 14th 2004. We are planning to make a trip in December and willing to be back only in Feb. In that case my AP Expires.

I would like to know

1. Is it ok if I apply again now (in octorber 2003), mercylessly as per the current processing stupidity it will not be approved by January, the we will come back before Jan 14 2004 (no other option).

2. If approved by some luck (even god can't help) before the expiry of the previous approval. Is it OK to file AP when you are not in the country or aways while its processing.

3. I do not want to apply by my lawyer (as he is building new home) any links on how to file and what I needed.

we are applying for renewal now, another question.

My wife is going on Current AP, I have two originals of AP both should be carried ? also what other supported documents required.

She should carry al the orignal AP copies sent to her from BCIS and her I-485 filing receipt
