Hi Guys

I have a basic question.I am new here.I filed concurrently in CSc in march i got WAC-04-122 number.Why the guys who applied for 2nd or 3rd AP/EAD got numbers in WAC-04 series.Suppose they filed in year 2002 they used to get numbers like WAC-02-122 .For AP/EAD for them service center givesnumber like WAC-04 depending on each year while renewing??

My 1 st AP was approved May 03 2004. Even though I am a Jan 2002 EB2 case, I didn't apply for AP earlier, as I was maintaining my H1 status.

Iam applying I-140/485 and my H1B is valid till June 2006. Since I can use H1B while travelling, Should I apply AP now or later before my H1B expires?
( Just thinking why to pay $165 each for myself and my wife). Will it be problem if i dont apply right now?
